Mahindra Life Spaces Net-Zero Energy Homes
Mahindra Life Space has 2 classic new-age ongoing net-zero energy apartment projects in Bangalore. Mahindra Eden is the First net zero energy home in Bangalore, launched on 01-04-2022, and later launched the Mahindra Zen as a second Net zero energy home project of Bangalore on March 22, 2024. The Mahindra Life Space planning for all the developments by the Group will be made with net zero energy homes by 2030.
● Built parallel to get proper use of the natural light source and temperature balance:
The net-zero home of Mahindra Life Space was developed as per modern society's needs. These flats are built with energy conservation measures, which include getting the proper advantage of natural light and ventilation. The balconies and the windows will be shaded with tinted shade. Also, solar reflectance index paints will be used for the other walls and the roof of the tower. It leads to the temperature of the flats being maintained naturally due to the reflecting of UV rays and powerful solar light.

The energy preservation of net zero energy projects has played a vital role. Especially not to depend on the government's electric supply. The electricity produced by the net zero energy homes of Mahindra Life Space will save nearly 17 to 20 kWh. This energy produced by the solar power of flats is nearly capable of serving more than 750 homes annually.
● Conservation of water and proper management of waste:
In those net zero energy homes, rainwater management and proper disposal of drainage water systems will exist. These can lead to comparatively saving 75% more water than normal apartment projects. Additionally, as a waste treatment, dry and wet waste from flats are decomposed by composting and recycling, making the community zero waste.
● Mahindra Eden:
Mahindra Eden is the new-age ongoing net zero energy home apartment project of Mahindra Life Space. The project is located near Holiday Village Resort Road, south Bengaluru: Kanakapura Main Rd, Vajarahalli, 560062. The project was built over 7.7 acres of land with 80 percent open space, standing in 2 massive towers with 26 floors. These developments offer 226 luxury flats in phases 1 and 2 with well-defined configurations of 1, 2, 3, and 3.5 BHK. The Mahindra Eden Phase 1 for sale was completely sold out.
